Shipping

We currently ship within Kenya and internationally.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Kenya: 1–2 business days
  • Africa: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 2–6 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order size. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

For made-to-order, custom-sized, or pre-order items, additional production time may be required. Customers will be informed of the estimated timeline before their order is confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your iZulu purchase. If for any reason your item is not suitable, we offer exchanges subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is incorrect.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • A different size is required (subject to availability).

To qualify for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Custom-made or altered garments.
  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional campaigns.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse after delivery.

Refund Policy

As a small-batch fashion brand, iZulu does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Refunds will only be considered where:

  • An item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or exchanged.
  • The ordered item is unavailable and an alternative cannot be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
